Coca-Cola has once again learned that its customers don’t like change. Only unlike the New Coke debacle of the 1980s, this time it had nothing to do with the beverage itself, but rather the cans that hold the famous soda.
Over the past decade or so, there has been some debate as to whether the government, public schools and retailers should use the word “Christmas,” or if they should use something more inclusive, like “the holidays.”
This idea is either genius in a way that I'm incapable of understanding, or the first step toward future therapy sessions. Either way I guess you have to admire the entrepreneurial spirit involved.
