Casper Rec Presents A Chance To Skate, Swim, And Play With Santa
Ho Ho Ho! Tis’ the season, and Casper Recreation is giving your child a chance to break the ice with Santa Claus. He or she can also play a little basketball, slam some air hockey pucks, swim, or ride the water slides with the jolly red elf, himself.
Santa will be playing around at the Casper Recreation Center ( 1801 East 4th Street ) on Saturday, December 17th from 3 to 4 P.M. Then he skips over to the aquatic center from 4 to 6 P.M. for some swimming and sliding fun. On December 18th, Santa straps on his skates and takes to the ice from 1 to 3 P.M. at the ice arena.
Casper Rec says:
“Be sure to join us and take part in your favorite recreational opportunities with the big guy in the red suit! There’s nothing like a photo of you and Santa, in action on the court or in the pool, so be sure to bring your camera! Be forewarned though; Santa has been so active at the Rec Center lately that he’s even lost a little weight!”
Admission is $3 to see Santa at the rec center, and children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult. Hot chocolate and cookies will also be available.
Admission is $4 to skate with Santa at the ice arena and skate rental is free.
So, quick recap: Santa at the Casper Rec and Aquatic Complex on December 17th. Santa at the Casper Ice Arena on December 18th.
Have your lists ready.
